Trying to keep up...

Nap time - YAY! I love this part of the day. Hehe

I should really be crocheting the rest of my christmas presents, that it seems need to be sent out soon. already? Sheesh! But just wanted to pop in quickly..

...and say? Not a whole lot. I've been working on a xmas present (a hat) for two days now.. that I just cant seem to get right.. and it's really driving me batty!

One day, if people ever read this blog.. I'll be able to ask someone to help me find a pattern! Haha, or a suggestion. But as for now.. I will just be going with what my wonderful Etsy friend Dusty told me to do.. (CrochetMyLove) Basically.. to shove it because she hates chunky yarn.. (haha JK!) She gave me a good idea.. and I think it might be panning out for me.. now I just need the lovely Husband to get home so that I can test it out on him.

Soon I will be filling out all the necessary information on my profile on here.. as well as adding some [WELCOME TO BLOG WORLD!!] photos of our little family. :)

I wonder if I can blog from my phone? I wonder if I still remember any of my HTML from my [kickin it old school] Aol color profile days.. haha. Are there ways to keep font, color.. etc custom on these blogs.. AND.or. neat little programs to help with this? Time to run off and start googling!

Since googling is definitely my go-to question answer-er. Jarrett likes to say I never read manuals, so why would I check the help section?! :P

Shutterfly Lovers!!

I've been using Shutterfly for a year or two, I've even received two free photobooks in the past! I've used them for gifts.. they were a HUGE hit. And I absolutely LOVE how they turn out. :)

http://www.shutterfly.com <~~ This is their website. I even have a family page through them, that's how I got my original free photo book promotions. I used one for Fathers day, and another for my Grandmothers 78th birthday. She loved it so much, it has become a permanent staple in her home.

Here is the link for their photocards http://www.shutterfly.com/cards-stationery/holiday-cards I'm so excited to make mine this year! Their stuff is made with such great quality! Shipped so quickly, and with care! Customer service is also outstanding, I really have no complaints about this company!

Here is where you can upload photos to create things.. like photo books, christmas cards, photo christmas cards, photo calenders (christmas presents anyone?!?!) http://www.shutterfly.com/upload-pictures

So lets get down to the nitty gritty: What this post is REALLY about!!

Our first Blog

So here we are, always starting on a new adventure, and getting ourselves in deeper as we go!

Today we took holiday pictures at Agua Caliente Park here in town. Didn't turn out too awesome, we might go again tomorrow. Amelia enjoyed throwing her ball around though. :)

We also went on a hunt for tamales, after two hours.. and many miles later.. we ended up at the Tanque Verde Swap Meet, where we scarfed down T.H.E.E most disgusting tamales either of us has ever had! Terrible, but we were hungry!

Trying to keep an eye out for B.F. deals.. nothing TOO interesting just yet. But we've got our eyes peeled for a new tv!! Finally. :D

After that long day, Daddy decided he HAD to get the new key he got off of ebay (that acts like a friggin switchblade!) to work! So four hours later, and the locksmith still couldn't do it. They made us another key without a key fob, and two mins after they left.. TA.DA. Daddy got it programmed.

All in all an okay day! Daddy wont shut up about his prowess. Silly men. He.He.
